Margaret Wesson was never one to rest on her laurels and was always up for the next big experience. No matter her age, she felt there was adventure to be had in life. And there was one big thing she’d been wanting to check off the bucket list: Skydiving!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At 90 years old, this was an even bigger undertaking. But what is life if not for the thrills and happiness! On July 26, 2014, Margaret set out to Skydive Twin Cities in Baldwin, Wisconsin. She’d been waiting for this birthday for a while…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And the experience went perfectly as planned. She boards the plane, and up and away they go! When they reach the proper altitude, the trained skydivers and passengers start jumping out for the free fall to Earth. And last but not least, the star of the day, Margaret Wesson!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Everyone waits below as she lands, and there’s a big round-of-applause and cheering! The elderly lady has the biggest smile on her face as she radiates in her accomplishment. “Oh, that was wonderful,” she says. “Beautiful!”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The YouTube channel, run by her daughter Barbara Wesson, reported that Margaret passed away on January 3, 2020. But her memory lives on with this video still receiving so many views to this day, and what a lovely thing that is!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
